Privacy Policy

The short version
Your conversations are yours. Messages travel directly between your Mac and your phone on your own Wi-Fi when possible. When they go through our relay server, they are end-to-end encrypted on your devices — the relay passes them along without being able to read them, and does not store them.
What we collect
- Account data: your email address and an encrypted password, used to sign in and to link your subscription to your account.
- Subscription status: whether your account is in trial, active or expired, and which plan you bought. Payment details (card numbers etc.) are handled entirely by our checkout partner and never touch our servers.
- Push tokens: a device token used to deliver notifications to your iPhone via Apple's push service.
- App-scan names (optional): when the Mac app offers to detect your AI tools, it sends the list of application names (names only) to our server to classify which ones are AI apps.
What we do NOT collect
- The content of your prompts or the AI's replies.
- Your files, photos or attachments.
- Analytics profiles, advertising identifiers, or anything sold to third parties. We don't run ads and we don't sell data.
Where data lives
Account and subscription data are stored on Amazon Web Services. Verification and service emails are sent from our own domain. Conversation history is stored only on your own devices and can be cleared by you at any time from the app.
Your rights
Email support@shommitechlabs.com to access or delete your account data. Deleting your account removes your email, subscription record and push tokens from our systems.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update this page and the "last updated" date above.
