1. Who we are

LazyChat is made by Shommi Tech Labs, India. Contact: support@shommitechlabs.com.

2. What LazyChat is

LazyChat is a software product consisting of a macOS application and a free iOS companion application. It lets you send prompts to, and read replies from, AI applications installed on your own computer, using your own phone. LazyChat does not provide AI services itself and does not include subscriptions to any third-party AI product.

3. Your account

You need an account (email + password) to use LazyChat. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity under your account. One subscription covers one person's account, usable on their own devices.

4. Trial and subscription

5. Acceptable use

You may not use LazyChat to break the law, to violate the terms of the AI applications you control with it, or to access machines or accounts you do not own or have permission to use. You may not resell, redistribute or reverse-engineer the software.

6. Third-party AI applications

LazyChat operates AI applications that you have installed and licensed yourself. Their output, availability, pricing and terms are theirs, not ours. We are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the makers of those applications.

7. Warranty and liability

LazyChat is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and we are not liable for indirect damages, lost data created by third-party applications, or costs incurred in those applications. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.
