Try before you pay

LazyChat gives every account a 7-day free trial with all features and no payment details collected. The trial exists precisely so you can make sure LazyChat works with your setup before spending anything.

Refunds

• First purchase: if LazyChat does not work for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full — no questionnaire, no hoops.
• Renewals: accidental renewals reported within 14 days of the charge are refunded in full, provided the product was not substantially used in the new period.
• Yearly plans: within the first 14 days, full refund. After that, refunds are not pro-rated, but you can cancel renewal anytime and keep access until the period ends.

How to request one

Email support@shommitechlabs.com from your account email with the word "refund" — that's all that's required. Refunds are processed by our checkout partner to your original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days.

Consumer law

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
